Refund policy

Brushes purchased from Ensemble HAIR are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the ship date if the brush is determined defective or damaged upon receiving the order. 

A full refund will be applied to the customer’s account once product is received back from the customer. 

Hair Extensions purchased from Ensemble HAIR are custom orders and are final sale. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase if any alterations need to be made on the piece.
